Lyborick activated his water vapor element
Water Vapor (수증기, Sujeung-gi, Vapor) or Vaporization (기화 Gihwa) is a rare elemental Shinsu Quality that allow the user to evaporates the "water" element inside the Shinsu. This attribute is useless if the user did not have electrical element.[1]

Water Vapor element was first displayed by the Corps Commander Po Bidau Lyborick Khun when he fought Kallavan inside the Raven warship. Lyborick use it and attempt to overpower Kallavan with a massive amount of electric current.[1]
Currently there are not much information about water vapor.
