Part I - Intro

In Part I, Baam was very weak, having no particular skills except his determination and courage. It is understandable that Baam has no fighting experiences at all because he used to lived inside a cave and only always playing a board game with Rachel. Wherever he meet an enemy, he will only just run for his life. Also at the event of the Crown Game Baam can't fight at all and only protected by Koon Aguero Agnis and Rak Wraithraiser. Later in the story, after undergo hard training and take a wave controller class at the floor of the test, Baam has shown capabilities to be an expert and prodigy at manipulating the Shinsoo (unlike most Regulars). He learns techniques that many Rankers take decades to learn, in mere seconds. Like in the case of his fight to save Rachel from Mr.Hoh threat, where the Ranker Quant taught Baam about a technique that would save Rachel.

Quant meant it as a joke to calm down Baam for a moment while he take down the spear bearer team first, but then, Baam effortlessly succeed to perform ranker Quant's technique, resulting Quant to fully shook and said "is that boy really a monster?". Also, the wave controller teacher, Ranker Ren even considered baam as a possible RED candidate if he would became a Ranker in the future. By the end of Part I, baam also easily killed the Bull with one shinshoo shot, a feat which even Anak and Androssi couldn't pull off. However, it is later revealed that it is the water of the tank in which the test was held had Shinsoo-enhancing properties which gave Baam a significant boost in power.

Part I - Abilities

Part 1 - Abilities

Non Shinshoo Abilities Abilities Description Agility Able to quickly dodge sword and blows effectively. Intuition Able to have good fighting instincts, good tactics, and good problem solving. Technique Replication Able to copied the opponents techniques, regardless (ranker-level or regular-level), simply by seeing it once or taken direct contact to the body. Agility:Baam is very agile; he can dodge sword blows very effectively. After his training with Androssi he became very good at dodging. Intuition: Despite not being much of a fighter, Baam has good fighting instincts, as shown when he correctly determines a Steel Eel's weakness within a few seconds. Even with dealing with something unrelated to fighting, he is able to find ways prolong playing a board game with Rachel with tactics, resulting in Rachel spending more time with him. It seems that Baam is able to find the best or quickest solution to a problem within his realm of influence. Shinshoo Abilities Abilities Descriptionbl Exceptional Shinsoo Resistance Have a high resistance to Shinsoo pressure, able to move freely in a dense Shinsoo environment, and can withstand a normal wave attack of Shinsoo and relatively unscathed by the attack. Shinsoo Reading Allows him to be able to detect, sense, and see the unusual shinshoo inside a person. Shinsoo Genius Allows him to learn the shinshoo quickly, ability to rapidly learn new techniques, and able to use Shinsoo baangs without having to formed a contract with a Guardian.[citation needed] Fast Skip A reverse-flow control technique. At medium to close range, the user can temporarily immobilise an object using Shinsoo. Exceptional Shinsoo Resistance: Normally, a person would have immense difficulty moving in an area with an enormous density of Shinsoo as shown by the fact that female Steel Eels live within this area during breeding season. However, Baam has demonstrated an amazing resistance to Shinsoo pressure, being able to move freely even in a dense Shinsoo environment, proving that he excels highly on such a field. This is also displayed during Lero-Ro's test when Baam was unaffected by the Shinsoo barrier that Lero-Ro, a Ranker, had cast, while the majority of the participating Regulars found it hard to pass or failed. He was blasted by a powerful wave of Shinsoo by Hong Chunhwa's Ignition Weapon, Narumada, and emerged relatively unscathed by the attack. Shinsoo Reading: In Part I, he was able to see the white aura around Anak, which the other Regulars were not able to do, thus allowing him to tie against Lero-Ro in their bet regarding who would pass through the barrier first. Shinsoo Genius: Though Baam initially knew nothing of Shinsoo, his ability to control Shinsoo is immense as well as his ability to rapidly learn new techniques - so much so that Ren (considered a genius Wave Controller) was astonished by his ability on the Floor of Test. For example, he learns the "Fast Skip" technique within a few seconds and rapidly becomes able to use it at a reasonable range, which Quant reveals took him decades to learn. Baam's potential far exceeds the normal Regulars and in one instance it appeared the Shinsoo around him attacked Hwa Ryun of its own accord. He is also able to use Shinsoo baangs without having formed a contract with a Guardian,[citation needed] something that is considered both impossible and against the very laws of The Tower.

In Part II, Baam has become so adept in combat that others are beginning to fear his strength and avoid him entirely. He is now openly declared a "monster" even by Rankers such as Love. Ja Wangnan describes him as the "Demon". He entirely overpowered the Regulars on the 20th Floor and has accomplished many feats that are far above the capabilities of an E-rank Regular. Such feats include handling a 2-on-1 battle against Akraptor and Horyang, another 2-on-2 fight against Novick and Ran (both of whom were in the Top 10 strongest E-rank Regulars) and another recent 2-on-1 battle against Ship Leesoo's team members Vespa and Aleksai Amigochaz regardless of his inability to use Shinsoo at the time. His notoriety has risen to the point where he is being compared to the Zahard's Princesses in terms of raw power.

As of Vol.2 Chapter 229, the god of guardians has deemed him "much stronger than the other Regulars". After his one-month training with the data self of Koon Eduan, Baam's power has increased to the point of holding his own against the data self of Zahard, although to ultimately stalemate, if not, slightly overwhelm him, he required the full power of the Thorn combined with his own. Even Zahard's current self saw him as being a potential threat. Baam was even able to face off in 1 on 1 combat against a Ranker, proving his power has explosively increased, in this same battle he stated to Black March he was holding back.

Part 2 - Abilitites

Able to mixed and merged together all the skills and perform it simultaneously. Improved Exceptional Shinsoo Resistance Improved ability to withstand all kinds of shinshoo attacks. Enhanced Charisma: Baam has shown quiet yet charismatic qualities that attract most people to him, regardless of his involvements with FUG. Novick notes that Baam is like a shining light that causes people to endlessly follow him. Improved Agility: In Part II, his speed increases to the point where he can appear next to someone to deliver a punch in a flash. However his speed is not of Ranker-level yet as Love was able to outrun him to his connector. Regardless, he is almost always seen to be faster than the opponents he has faced, even if in a handicapped position. Improved Intellect: In Part II, he has shown a lot of knowledge on various topics such about the Tower that he did not know about in Part I. This is likely due to the training he received from FUG. Another example of his improved intellect is in his ability to outsmart Androssi using Emile and to locate Beta despite the latter's attempts to fool his own pursuers. Baam utilising his mixed martial arts against Daniel Hatchid Martial Arts Practitioner: Baam displays a knowledge of various fighting styles. He was trained by a High Ranker from the Ha Family, Ha Jinsung, although it is unknown what schools or types of arts he was taught by him. He also uses Shinsoo to enhance his skills to great effect. But even without Shinsoo, because of his knowledge in fighting, he was almost able to battle on par with Aleksai Amigochaz. During the one year time skip that leads to the Hell Train arc, Baam visited a number of martial arts dojos and families in the middle area and learned their martial arts by enduring their strikes and blows. He is also able to mix and merge together the individual skills of the various martial arts he knows and perform the skills simultaneously. Some of the martial arts he has learned include: Trained Martial Arts Technique Name of Technique Level Special Shinsoo Martial art level 3 Master Level Jeet Kune Do level 4 Master Level Yuga Manryeon Expert Level And 2 others where the names are not visible. Immense Reflexes: After communicating with the "Power" inside of him and receiving a little more 'power', Baam has since exhibited rapid, nigh-instantaneous reflexes. He was able to reflexively strike an opponent he couldn't perceive, barely a moment before the opponent was about strike him. However his reflexes seem instinctual, with his body reacting on its own rather than with conscious thought. Baam showed more conscious control later on and was able to easily track, follow and read his opponent's attacks, allowing him to find an opening and retaliate with an attack of his own. Shinshoo Abilities Abilities Description Improved Exceptional Shinsoo Resistance Improved ability to withstand all kinds of shinshoo attacks. Improved Shinsoo Reading Improved ability to be able to detect, sense, and see the unusual shinshoo inside a person and his surroundings. Exceptional Shinsoo Control Gained ability to have shinshoo control that far above the other regulars and able to manipulate surrounding objects or a living things such stopping and freeze rankers or regulars movement. Shinsoo-enhanced Punch Gained ability to strenghten his punches with shinshoo reinforcement. Shinsoo Barrier Gained ability to create a small Shinsoo barrier to block Shinsoo beams, and controlling Lighthouses to enhance the power of his barrier. Shinsoo Sphere Gained ability to use Shinsoo to form a sphere that releases a beam of Shinsoo. Improved Exceptional Shinsoo Resistance: In Part II, he is unfazed by the level of Shinsoo that the average Regular can use. However, he was still somewhat hurt by Love's attacks (whether or not he chose not to dodge is still under speculation). He was also "stopped" by Love, so his Shinsoo Resistance is still not up to the level of being able to completely resist a Ranker's techniques. However, he was able to survive Urek Mazino's "Supreme King's Scorching Fist of Death" technique, a truly exceptional feat, even though Urek Mazino massively held back and Baam was left in a bloodied state. It is also possible that some of the severe damage inflicted upon him was because of the Floral Butterfly Piercing Technique, since it is a deadly technique that can damage the user themselves. Improved Shinsoo Reading: In Part II, he noticed the parasite that was controlling Yihwa and pulled it out with his bare hands. This implies that he is able to read Shinsoo in a similar manner to Laure. Baam himself acknowledges that the "Revolution" process changed something about him: during his fight with Kaiser, he becomes able to discern drops of Shinsoo scattered by invisible weapons and even manages to catch the latter bare-handed. Exceptional Shinsoo Control: Not only are Baam's Shinsoo blasts far larger than those of other Regulars but he also tends to wield about twice the average number of baangs in comparison to Regulars of the same rank. On the 29th Floor, he was shown to be able to control at least five baangs, a feat which surprised Quaetro Blitz who was bragging about controlling a total of three and later stated that even the top 5 E-ranked Regulars could probably only create four at most. Soon after, during the fight with Reflejo at the Workshop Battle, he was shown utilising a total of 6 baangs. Currently, he is known to control up to 13 baangs. After the Hell Train timeskip and after undergoing the first part of "Revolution", he was shown being capable of bending gigantic solid metal pipes at a distance in order to create a shortcut. Shinsoo-enhanced Punch: In Part II, Baam has a new technique that involves him using Shinsoo to reinforce his normal punches to the point where one punch was able to crack the floor. He can extend the Shinsoo to strike from far away as well.[citation needed] After the Hell Train timeskip, a Thorn-augmented Baam was able to hit with a punch strong enough to briefly incapacitate an experienced D-rank Regular as well as crater the ground underneath said Regular. Later, Baam is able to strike with a punch powerful enough to 1-hit KO a large opponent as well as utterly destroy the area behind the punch, without activating the Thorn. Shinsoo Barrier: He has been shown to be able to create a small Shinsoo barrier to block Shinsoo beams. He was also shown to use Lighthouses to enhance the power of his barrier in his fight with Novick and Ran. Shinsoo Sphere: tIn Part II, Baam uses a technique that uses Shinsoo to form a sphere that releases a beam of Shinsoo a few seconds after its formation. Lighthouse Control: Even though it is not his primary position, Baam has shown he can communicate with and use Lighthouses. In one instance, he manipulated three Lighthouses to somewhat enhance the effects of Fast Skip to stop Novick and protect himself from Ran's attack. He has also used it to create an enhanced Shinsoo barrier to block attacks and to alter his voice when Koon arrived at the Hand of Arlen. This shows that he could be able to manipulate at least three Lighthouses, although how much Xia Xia helped him is up for debate.

Technique Replication

Though Baam can copy Ranker-level techniques easily, it has been noted that he lacks some of the power behind the attacks (relative to a Ranker). His ability to copy techniques extends to him being able to replicate physical techniques after reading a person's movements and then learning the technique upon impact. It was thanks to this aspect that he was able to learn many types of martial arts during the Hell Train timeskip. The following is a list of shinsoo techniques copied from his battles and the person who he copied it from:

Technique Replication

From Ranker Quant Blitz Fast Skip Quant punched baam to teach him fast skip. Baam agreed with Quant's strategy to save Rachel. Baam stopped and freeze Ho in order to rescue Rachel 1/3 In the part I, Bam sucessfully copied ranker Quant's fast skip technique after the ranker punched baam's body with the intention to teach baam how to use it. Baam able to used it immediately to stop and freeze Ho who threatened Rachel's life for just a few seconds. This technique took decades for ranker Quant to mastered it, but Baam copied it only in seconds and can apparently use it at a greater range than most. In the end, Baam decided to win the battle against Quant and teamed up with Androssi, he used Quant own's technique to catch the ranker off guard and then victoriously passed the test. In the Part II, the flow was so powerful that it didn't only freeze Yihwa, but also the Shinsoo around her. If something like this is possible for other Regulars (or even Irregulars) remains unknown. It has been shown that he can use a similar technique to even stop inanimate objects. During the Trustworthy Room game he stopped the connector which was fired at very high speed in mid air; this feat even shocked Love, a Ranker. Even more amazing is the fact that he can also stop Rankers with this technique (Quant and Love), albeit only for a very brief amount of time. This is Baam's most used technique to date. Fast Skip does not work on non-living beings. From Ranker Mule Love Blue Oar (청노, Cheongno): Shinsoo is used to form a blue disk, which allows the rider to move at a very great speed. The main usage is for a single transportation; the user moves quickly from point A to point B. Also, the technique sometimes causes destruction along its pathway. This is one of the more commonly used Wonsul techniques that Baam employs in his battles. Slider: Shinsoo is used to boost one's movement for faster mobility and control (e.g. side-stepping or dodging) during a brief period of time; the main usage is for one to shift oneself into a better offensive position while the user is in a defensive stance e.g. counterattack. This is not optimal for racing against someone, since the technique is not pure acceleration and only lasts for a short time. Upshoot: Shinsoo is used to boost the user's uppercut punch in both power and speed. Usually, this punch is used after Blue Oar to maximise both power and speed. Straight Ball: Shinsoo is used to boost the user's speed, so one can touch the enemy. This attack can be followed up by Pitch Changeup. Pitch Changeup: An attack that uses Shinsoo to boost the user's punch while it is in contact with an enemy. Cut Fast Ball It seems this technique is used to shoot Pitch Changeup's black and red Shinsoo as a big wave at long-range. Viole might have learned this, since his body got hit by the attack. From Urek Mazino Supreme King's Scorching Fist of Death: Shinsoo is gathered entirely into the fist and released in a giant explosion. This is a very high risk technique as the user is left vulnerable. Though Urek is the one who (indirectly) taught Baam the technique, this technique is also First Emperor's signature technique. Baam never uses this technique because its name is embarrassing. From Ha Jinsung Baam VS Hoaqin. Baam attack beta with Floral Butterfly. Baam Baam Baam Baam 1/6 Floral Butterfly Piercing Technique (화접 공파술, "Hwajeop Gongpahsool"): An immensely strong technique that allows one to transfer a shock of Shinsoo through vibrations from oneself to a targeted object. It is unknown to what extent Baam is capable of using this technique, though it is shown that just after learning the technique he was able to at least dent a stone golem with it. The effects of a simple touch are catastrophic. It seems that this particular style of fighting is a trait of the FUG organisation. Baam used this technique once in a Shinsoo strengthening test to gain a score of just over 134,000 breaking a part of the machine and scoring five times as much as his closest opponent. Baam again used this technique against Urek Mazino, in which he had his fist clenched, unlike the strengthening test where he held a more relaxed pose so it is possible that Baam was not using the technique to its fullest extent at the time. This is likely Baam's most devastating and dangerous move - using it, he caused extreme harm to Beta with a single strike. Ha Jinsung Style: Extreme Floral Butterfly Piercing Technique (하진성 류 극의 화접 공파술, Ha Jinsung-lyu Geug-ui Hwajeop Gongpahsool): An improved version of the previous technique. Baam used it as a finishing blow against Kaiser. Ha Jinsung Style Piercing Technique: Crimson Flame (하진성 류 공파술 적화, "Ha Jinsung-lyu Gongpahsool: Jeoghwa"): Baam utilises his teacher's style of the infamous Damage Technique to inflict massive damage to whatever he strikes. When used against Kaiser, he was able to completely break through her high-level Armour Inventory. From Novick Hayeol Style: Crimson Soul Fist - Seal: Baam can manipulate fire-like tentacles to form a dome around him as a shield, sealing him away from reach. It can also blast people away from close range. From Yu Han Sung Straight-Line Long Pierce: Using a similar technique to Laure's "Cry of Piercing Water", Baam aligns 4 baangs and shoots them forming a spear to pierce through Phobos, stating that a normal attack wouldn't have worked. Waves of Peacock Wings: A visually stunning technique that utilises 8 baangs to swirl around before striking the enemy. Because of the flowing nature of this technique, it can seamlessly lead into the use of Maelstrom technique. Maelstrom: 8 large baangs surround and converge in on the target to inflict damage. When used against Hoaqin, it was enough to temporarily stop him and allow Baam to pass by. Dragon's Breath: Baam shoots 5 large baangs at a single point to make an incredibly powerful shinsoo blast attack. From Daniel Hatchid: Necromancer: Baam has been shown to be able to generate light purple orbs (in contrast to Daniel's dark purple orbs) of shinsoo in his hand and then fire a blast of Shinsoo from it. Later he proved he was able to make the shinsoo move and attack as if it were alive in order to fend off and destroy Angel's metalfish. From White Arie Swordsmanship: As a side effect of White's final clone being partly composed of Albelda's soul, someone who possesses the blood of Arie Hon, Baam have access to the style. So far, the only usage shown is when he used Hoaqin's own sword technique comprising of the souls' rage to defeat the former Slayer. From the "God" of Guardians Shinwonryu: After training for two months with the "god" of guardians and eventually learning how to control shinsoo without the Floor Guardian's permission, Baam was able to perform this technique and could create one baang for it. He noted that he found this control skill fundamentally foreign in comparison to everything else he had ever learnt. While tired, using his single baang of Shinwonryu on a pack of big Crystal Shards during the 42F stage test, Baam was able to utterly annihilate all of them in an instant. On the Floor of Death, a baang of this technique was able, albeit slowly, to dissipate the shinsoo of the Slayer Karaka, which shocked Evan Edrok. From Zahard Jahad Style Air Explosion Iron Fist: A technique that utilize strong shinsoo blast to distrupt the shinsoo in the opponent body without touching them. It can send the opponent flying away. Baam most likely learn it, as Zahard hit him with this technique strong enough force to send him flying away, although he never used it. NOTES SIU has stated that whilst Baam's abilities are great they are not necessarily unmatched. For example, during his battle against Love he could copy his techniques, but could not perform them to the same skill or intensity as he was still vastly inexperienced in comparison. In a more recent example, he was evenly matched by a Mad Dog whilst being augmented by the Thorn. SIU could have been implying the fact Baam is still able to grow more powerful even while having already great abilities.

Abilities Description Blue Demon ??? Healing Exoskeletons Good fighting instincts, using tactics, able to find the best or quickest solution to many problems within his realm of influence. Enryu's Thorn A weapon left by Enryu that would cut the throat of the king. File:Baam's soul sword.png Power of The Souls Billions souls that was killed by White to obtain power. It has a powerful resentments and revenge. Red Thyrssa A small piece of a guardian that was killed by Enryu. External Power Explanation Blue Demon: The Healing Exoskeleton Healing Exoskeleton: When Baam is wounded, a crimson lobster-like exoskeleton forms on the exterior of his body which heals his wounds. However, it is not effective for every wound, as it was not activated after his battle with Urek Mazino. Ja Wangnan observes that it must have limits to the degree of wounds it can heal. Horyang suspects that it may be an example of a living Ignition Weapon. Baam has no idea of its true identity nor how to utilize it upon command. Although, it is mentioned that the lobster was originally a demon that rivalled a god and is able to ignite the true Thorn. Baam commented to Horyang that it was implanted within him by FUG when he was first recruited; apparently it was well hidden in the water tank on the 2nd Floor. File:Baam's soul sword.png Baam creating a sword from power of souls Hoaqin sacrificed Power of Souls: When White's Final Clone was impressed by Baam's resolve she decided to grant Baam part of the several billion vengeful souls that made up her being, stating that if Baam could withstand their resentment and bitterness then he would be granted tremendous power. Baam quickly adjusted to this power and used it to overpower Hoaqin. After defeating Hoaqin, Baam noted that the souls' power had disappeared. However, this doesn't mean the souls have disappeared from Baam's body since White's clone stated that the spirits inside of him will help in the future. This was confirmed when Baam and hockney went to the inner part of 43rd Floor, which requires the person to be stripped of their soul by Soul Devourers and becoming the 'dead'. When Soul Devourers tried to take Baam's soul, they end up pulling a line of souls out of his body instead.

ORB

Orb Techniques

Orb Shape Upgrades Images and Name Story Basic Orb Upon submerging into a month of training with the data of Koon Eduan in preparation of fighting the data of Zahard, Baam discovered the shape of his shinsoo, which is an orb. Baam only need a week to mastered the basic shape of an orb. Shinsoo Orb After Baam learned how to create and control a basic shape of an orb, he practice himself to enchanced it's power. With his determination, the empty orb then was filled with a wave of shinshoo. After taking a proper explanation from Koon Eduan Baam succeed to applied his tension and unleashed the orb's power for the first time and revealed its destructive power. An Orb that would produced multiple wave of shinsoo. Thorn Enhanced Shinsoo Orb The Orb can be enhanced further by adding the Thorn's power, turning the shinsoo inside red and increasing the destructive capability of the shinsoo inside. This is shown when Baam used the Thorn-Enhanced Shinsoo Orb against Koon Kiseia. Kiseia surrendered immediately, because she was sure enough that the attack would've obliterated her if Baam didn't miss.. A red orb that was enhanced with Thorn's power Black Hole Sphere Orb - Post Revolution When the final day of Zahard's challenge soon to be arrived, Baam quickly take revolution from Eduan to strengthen his Orb. After the revolution, Baam was able to merged / fusioned his Shinwonryu inside his orb.This orb is a basic shape that will become the real pure Black Hole Sphere Orb after the battle with Zahard. This orb is enough to forced Data Zahard to released countless baangs in order to stop it. Then the Data Zahard was left speechless and he admitted that Baam is more fun than he expected. The real pure, completed, Black Hole Sphere Orb. Orb Skills Images and Name Story Barrier Shield Shinshoo Orb After realizing that Baam is not just only an ordinary regular, Data Zahard intended to kill Baam and released his Golden Needle to crush the cornered baam. This is the same Golden Needle that Data Zahard used to killed the Data of Koon Marco Asensio and the Data of Koon Icardi. However, Baam survived the attack after his Orb created a shinsoo barrier field. This barrier is strong enough to defend against an attack like Zahard's Golden Needle level. Orb - Rapid-Fire Shinsoo Cannon Thorn-Enhanced Shinshoo Orb This ability appears as though countless bangs of shinsoo are emitted and combined to form a tremendous impact, like that of a cannon. Baam first used this self-created technique to subdue the Divine Sea Fish that attacked Koon Kiseia. Orb - Spatial Control Thorn-Enhanced Shinshoo Orb After Kiseia surrendered to Baam, both of them was suprised by Rak's sworn enemy behind Kiseia. When the eel was about to attack Kiseia, Baam released his Thorn-Enhanced Shinshoo Orb's power and shot a multiple red wave of shinshoo. Through this technique, Baam is able to control all of the terrifying power he experiences and unleashes it in the form of overwhelming pulsating waves. This gives onseers the impression that shinsoo is enveloping the entire area in Baam's vicinity, appearing as though Baam is in control of the entire space. Orb - Endless Sky Thorn-Enhanced Shinshoo Orb After the data Viole has escaped the ice wall of KoonAA's during the battle, Baam was seen to controlled his orb power and soon was attacked by data Viole with a single massive shinshoo shot accross his face. Baam quickly throw his orb and released a single powerful beam of energy across the ground from high in the sky, tearing a deep crevace into the earth several meters long and wide. Orb Compression Black Hole Orb Baam was able to compressed any debris and probably other materials from the surrounding around his black hole orb in order to protect him from opponents attacks.. In the battle with Data Zahard, Baam compressed stone debris around his Orb and used it as a big shield to defend against the Data Zahard's attack. Orb Scattering Black Hole Orb Baam is able to break up his black hole sphere orb and scattered it into many marble-like pieces to create an improvised air barrier when his body left unguarded or open against all the incoming attacks that he couldn't immediately fully defend from. It was strong enough to make Data Zahard's fist to bleed and scratched.. Scattered the orb to defend against Zahard's hard punch Orb Defense Mode True Self Mode - Black Hole Orb After Baam showing his true self mode, Data Zahard intended to test Baam's power upgrade by attacking him without chance to rest with the second form of Lecalicus, "Coelacanth", and followed by quick combo attack of multiple shinshoo beams that have surrounded Baam at all directions, which immediately forced Baam to cover himself with dark blue shinsoo shaped like a sphere. Black Hole True Self Mode - Black Hole Orb When Baam entered his true self mode, his intense black shinshoo seems to be merged with his black hole orb. This has multipled the power of the black hole orb to be more strong powerful. It's strong enough to devour the eel monster of Lecalicus and vanished the Cosmos skill of Data Zahard.

True Self Mode: After undergoing revolution in the hidden floor, Baam gained a better understanding of himself and his power. This allows him to enter a new form. In this mode, his shinsoo turns black and grey and two horns grow from two sides of his head, one red and one blue. Later he also gained two black wings made out of shinsoo with Blue Oar disks beneath them. Baam commented that this allowed him to use Blue Oar faster than the usual way. With this mode, he is able to force data Zahard to use more of his power but was ultimately overwhelmed by him and had to use the Thorn.

• Twenty-Fifth Night Style: Extreme Black-Winged Butterfly Attack (스물다섯번째 밤 류 극의 진 흑익 호접공파술): Baam's personal style of Floral Butterfly Piercing Technique, this is the first of Twenty-Fifth Night style. It was powerful enough to put Data Zahard on his guard and damage part of his mask.
• Twenty Fifth Night Style Special Skill: Extreme Blue Oar: Baam's personal version of blue oar, he tremendously increase the diameter of the disk. When used against Data Zahard, it engulfed and destroyed the entire arena they were fighting in.
• Baam-type Shinsoo Control Skill: Orb - Defense Mode: Baam cover himself with dark blue shinsoo shaped like a sphere.
• 'Twenty-Fifth Night' Baam Style Shinsoo Control Skill: Endless Sky: Baam combined both power of the Black March and his Endless Sky to perform a powerful attack that is capable to destroy Whaley with just a single attack, which altar director said able to withstand most attacks.

Thorn Thorn Ignition Mode Endless sky preparation Endless sky spread Full Endless Sky Rapid Fire Cannon Stardust 1/6 1st Thorn piece: After Baam stabbed himself with the first Thorn piece, he obtained a tremendous 1st Thorn's power. In this mode, the Thorn glows red-white and pierces through his back and out his chest. While Bam was utilizing this, both data Eduan and data Zahard stated that the shinsoo was trembling and that is similar to the power of the administrator. This is seen when Baam attacked data Zahard, destroying his arm, and Zahard wasn't able to regenerate it even though he has complete power over the hidden floor. This power boost allowed him to match and eventually slightly overwhelm Zahard enough that he admitted defeat. In this mode, Baam can create up to three Shinwonryu orb. Baam Style - Shinsoo Control Skill: Endless Sky: Baam blasts two powerful beams of black Shinsoo at his opponent. This technique was powerful enough to destroy one of Data Zahard's arms. Baam Style - Shinsoo Control Skill: Rapid-Fire Shinsoo Cannon: Baam shoots one powerful baang at his opponent. It releases waves of Shinsoo that was able to destroy Zahard's Second Cosmos in one hit.  Triple Orb - First Thorn Fragment Transcendental Skill: Remnants of Stars - Stardust: After fully igniting the first Thorn fragment, Baam can create three Orbs that then unleash a massive explosive wave. When used against the data of young Zahard, it not only blocked Zahard's ignition weapon's third form, but knocked both Zahard and Baam unconscious for several minutes. Black March Black March after being absorbed Baam attacked Kallavan with some black needles punches. Black March Style: Flare Wave Explosion The effect destroyed both altar director's Jungle Angry Monster and charlie's Panorama Light. Baam attacked Kallavan with Black March Style: Flare Wave Explosion in this mode. 1/5 After Baam stabbed himself with the Black March, it went in and out from his body and then formed a new black march with a shape like Thorn. In this mode, the Thorn glows black and pierces through his back and out his chest. It also changed the red and blue horn above baam's head, thus turned both of it to black. Also, there is an additional close combat ability that included some black needles that was seen surroundings Baam as he punched Kallavan repeatedly. Although what are this and about how Baam formed those black needles, remain unexplained. Black March Style: Floral Butterfly Piercing Technique: Baam swung the Black March to the front and it became super long and wider, and when ignited, it formed a shape of a gigantic colorful butterfly which rankers admitted it would have killed them on the spot if the attack succeeds. This technique seemed to be likely created by the combination of Black March's power; Baam's style of Extreme Black-Winged Butterfly Attack that destroyed Data Zahard's mask (represented with it's Red-Black color), and Jinsung's style of Extreme Floral Butterfly Piercing Technique that Baam used to finish Kaiser with only just one shot (represented with it's Red-Blue color).

Weapons

• Black March (temporary): One of the 13th Month Series, it is an A-rank Needle that has only been seen Ignited when used by Baam. Yuri Zahard lent it to Baam to be used at Headon's Test, but he later carried it to the Second Floor tests before he lost it in a bet to Anak Zahard; it was later retrieved again by Yuri Zahard.

• Fake Thorn: The container for the real Thorn which was used to summon and bind it to Baam. It is not impotent by itself, as seen when a large "scar" is cut into the wall when Reflejo first gives Baam the replica and also when it was used to grant Baam the strength to overcome both Aleksai Amigochaz and Vespa.

Baam with the Thorn

• Enryu's Thorn: Using the fake Thorn as a container to summon the real one, Baam now holds the weapon FUG wants to kill Zahard with, floating over the same shoulder Horyang has his wing. When it was still wrapped inside the container, Hwa Ryun expressed that she had some doubts if Baam could actually activate it "properly". When Baam uses Shinsoo the Thorn reacts to it giving it a blue or purple glow similar to almost enhancing it; as Ron Mei said that he didn't know how to use it properly yet, it is certain that it wasn't the Thorn's real power. Judging by the reactions of the characters at the time, the Thorn was still in a dormant state and its wrapped, concealed appearance did not reflect its perfected form. During the battle against Reflejo, the real Thorn fully unwrapped itself, revealing its original appearance, along with orange energy rings around it, and was considered by Reflejo to have 'chosen' Baam as its master. When awakened, the Thorn allowed Baam's Flow Control to be effective against the previously immune Reflejo and Koon deduced that it was forcibly controlling the Shinsoo around the area, a power that he considered "near god-like". Finally, Baam was able to use it to deal a devastating red beam-like punch that ripped right through Reflejo's mid-section. However, SIU said that the weapon wasn't fully activated yet and that it may work differently depending on who's using it, meaning that we haven't even seen its full power yet. Also, SIU has mentioned that it is indeed a growing weapon meaning it can grow to be stronger than it already is and that it would burst out when needed.
  A year after the events of the Workshop Battle, Baam is now up to a level where he can actively use the Thorn's power for 10 minutes per day; any longer than 10 minutes and the Thorn will take over Baam's mind and body before going berserk. After undergoing the first part of "Revolution" in the Rice Pot, Baam has gained a lot more control over the Thorn's augmentative powers being able to use it without any noticeable drawbacks other than general fatigue. While on the Hidden Floor, during a battle with the data of young Zahard, Bam fully ignited the Thorn. The increase in power allowed him to fight on par and eventually overwhelm young Zahard, though it exhausted Bam completely.
