Tower of God: Part 2 - The Return of the Prince is the second part of the Tower of God series.

It features both Ja Wangnan and Jyu Viole Grace as its main protagonists. Although Part 1's many characters still exist strongly in Part 2, many new faces are also introduced.

While the preview chapter takes place 5 years after the end of Tower of God: Part 1, the main story begins 6 years afterwards. Its preview is the 80th chapter and the story is covered from the 81st chapter to the 417th chapter.

It is currently divided in four succeeding arcs "Tower of God: Part 2 - The Prince of Zahard", "Tower of God: Part 2 - The Workshop Battle", "Tower of God: Part 2 - The Hell Train" and "Tower of God: Part 2 - The Last Station".

It is succeeded by Tower of God: Part 3.

Stuck on the 20th Floor of the Tower, Ja Wangnan fails to pass its tests over and over again to the point he holds a massive debt of points to even continue taking tests. Has he given up? The answer holds in the difference between everyone else up there and him. The difference, revolves around the factor between Given Up and Not Given Up. He will Not Give Up. Many speculate Wangnan to be the Prince of Zahard who is destined to rise. But such a claim seems impossible. If that were true, how can the son of the legendary Zahard, ruler of the Tower, fail so much? Or perhaps, his true potential is still not yet revealed. It all continues in the Tower of God.

Behind this concentration, holds the events all surrounding a mysterious, yet incredibly powerful young Regular known as Jyu Viole Grace. His purpose, background and person is all shrouded in an ominous feel, screeching out the terror that is the new Slayer candidate of FUG. As such, he lives for the death of the ruler of the Tower, Zahard and plans to kill him on behalf of FUG. But is Viole truly evil? Is this his true goal? Or is he someone very, very familiar? Is he someone who did not ask for this prophecy? As said before, it all continues in the Tower of God.
