Toulalan (툴르랑) is a spare D-rank Regular from Wolhaiksong put in place just in case something happens in the Regulars quarters. He was planning to take the train to the Hidden Floor along with Jyu Viole Grace.
Appearance and Personality
Toulalan is an average looking guy, with a very light brown bob of hair and sleepy-looking blue eyes. He wears dark clothing.
He seems to be a very polite and modest guy, as he said he was just a spare when praised by Lero-Ro.

Epilogue
He appeared standing next to Majex in the Wolhaiksong resort. When Lero-Ro praised him for being noticed by Wolhaiksong already, he said that it was nothing as he was only a spare. Then, when Hachuling asked him if he was going to challenge the Hell Express, he does not comment.
Powers and Abilities
Lero-Ro has stated that he must be pretty good if he was noticed by Wolhaiksong, to which he responds by saying he is just a spare.
