Tiara's Quill Pen (official name unknown) is a special item owned by Po Bidau Tiara. It's a pen used for writing. Anything she writes with the pen will become a reality.^[2]^[1]

About[]

Not much information known about this quill pen item, except that it can manipulate Shinsu to extreme level.^[2] Everything that the user writes will become a reality. Tiara can literally enter into invincible state, turning her body into Shinsu, where she will become "immune to any attacks", meaning that no attacks can hurt her. Tiara can also "copy" one Baang of Yuri's concentrated Rose Shower and multiply it by four, with each Baangs will produce the same level of firepower as the original owner despite the pen user's lack of shinsu control.^[1] The limit of this item are still unknown.

History[]

The Quill Pen originally belonged to Po Bidau Gustang, before he then gave it to one of his daughters, Po Bidau Tiara.

Power and Abilities[]

As stated by Tiara, this quill pen seemingly has the ability to influence and affect reality depending on what the user writes down. As shown, this ability activates the second the user finishes writing down a sentence. Although the limits of the quill-pen’s power is unknown, Tiara has admitted that its ability requires the right Materials and the right Setting to work properly and that the Realism of what is written down is the most important factor in using it.^[1]

Ability Manifestation: As shown, Tiara primarily uses the quill-pen to grant herself new powers and abilities to enhance her overal combat ability and strength or grant herself new abilities to overcome and counter her opponents own. As shown, Tiara has manifested the following powers using the quill-pen;
- Storage: Upon arriving in the Lo Po Bia Family Mothership and successfully infiltrate the Viridis Parus Hotel without arousing suspicions, she wrote the names of Kuhn, Rak and herself in the book and presumably a sentence describing how it happened to transport and store the three of them inside the unnamed book. It was noted by Khun that this ability is similar but differs from the compression ability of the Manbarondenna or White Heavenly Mirror.^[3]
- Shinsu Body: In her fight against Yuri Zahard, Tiara was able to turn her physical body into pure shinsu by writing down I want to become a person whose body avoids all attacks by turning into Shinsu. The end. Allowing her to avoid Yuri’s fatal attack, as her new physical body simply causes whatever attacks thrown at her to harmlessly pass through her.^[1]
- Concentrated Shinsu Blasts: Tiara replicates Yuri’s immensely concentrated Shinsu beam and multiply it by 4 by simply writing down I want to become someone capable of firing four blasts of that ultra high density shinsu at the same time. The end. As noted by Yuri, these blasts are perfect replica’s of her own attack, where she concentrated and compress a gigantic amount of Shinsu that she cannot fire in succession.^[1]
  
  Tiara’s Dragon Transformation
- Monster Transformation: By writing, I want to become a quick, agile monster, with a giant, all-consuming mouth, the end, Tiara gained the ability to transform into a huge Shinheuh fish monster with a huge mouth.^[4] Tiara herself can transform back into her human form at will.
  - Dragon Transformation: By writing, “My eyes are rubies, my sharp teeth tear through enemy flesh. Within my belly, red hot molten lava. I become a dragon. The end.”, Tiara gains the ability to transform into a huge, fire breathing, grey scaled dragon. She used this form in order to fight against Enkidu/Lo Po Bia Goruro and would have successfully incinerated him/them if not for the unfair advantage provided to him by Traumerei’s deals with Administrators that ensured that no one outisde the 10 Family Heads could kill him. ^[5]
Size Manipulation: The quill-pen was shown to have the ability to increase its size at its user’s will. As shown when Tiara activated this ability, the quill-pen became physically taller and bigger than her in order to allow her to write down sentences on the ground after she lost the book she typically uses to write in, in order to activate the quill-pen’s power.^[4]

Po Bidau Gustang[]

Gustang is the original owner and user of this Quill Pen prior to giving it to Tiara. It would be explained that Gustang himself splits a small portion of his vast power and unique abilities to his creations. With it being stated that all the unique powers and abilities of the Head Librarians of the Po Bidau Family were all originally Gustang’s own abilities. Its been implied that if any of his creations die, their powers and abilities return to Gustang or Gustang himself can regain them anytime he wants. After Po Bidau Tiara’s death, Gustang was able to regain his Quill Pen and use it against Traumerei. ^[6]

As shown, by conjuring a piece of paper and writing in it, Gustang is able to conjure and create anything he desires. With his ability to manifest things easily surpassing Tiara by several leagues. ^[7]

Spear Fish Shinheuh: By writing, “I summon a gigantic sea monster with emerald eyes, that splits the sea in its wake like a terrifying blade, and his power is much greater than hers, Gustang can conjure a massive Spear Fish Shinheuh that possess power surpassing Traumerei’s Megadolon Shark/Shark Pack Ancient Shinheuh Chimeras. ^[8]
Traumerei Cat Mask: By writing, “For ten seconds, turn Traumerei’s Mask into a Cat”, Gustang can transform Traumerei’s face mask into a cat mask complete with cat ears.
