Rachel's group following Hoaqin

Is an unnamed group, led by Rachel and linked to FUG, that planned on attracting as many Regulars as possible on to the Hell Express, using Emile and Ha Yura's status as an idol, so that Hoaqin could feast on their souls. Prior to getting on the Hell Express, they all like to wear brown hooded cloaks, as author SIU intentionally gave them a specific fashion style to make them appear more mysterious witih concealed identities.
