Rott (로트, Loteu) is a huge Floating Ship in the form of floating island encapsulated in a transparent bright pink barrier shield. It is a small village in the far outskirt territory of the Po Bidau Family. In the middle of the island, there is a place called "Central Book Archieve" a building that looks like European church from victorian era. Inside this book archieve, Irregular Po Bidau Gustang stored, locked and hide a very special book that contains some of his forgotten and sealed memories.
It is said that all the Irregulars who climbed the Tower with Zahard, the current 10 Great Family Heads, voluntarily chose to remove some of their memories about certain incident in the past and sealed that memories away to be forgotten forever. They all have and used different methods to remove those memories. Gustang apparently sealed his memory in a book and he kept that book inside this location.
Appearances and Design[]
It looks like a large island or a rock boulder floating in the sky with its top was flattenned to form a wide and flat ground plateau. The entire flat ground area was covered with a pink barrier shield that shaped like a bird cage. Beneath the rock structure, there seems to be four engines and Suspendium stones that served as the platform that allows the island to float.[1]
