Baam's Pure Shinsu
Pure Shinsu or Natural Shinsu is a form of Shinsu that will directly appear in the form of "liquid water" (which is said to be the purest form of Shinsu).[1]
According to the infamous book titled "Of the Tower's Weapons", written by master craftsman Ashul Edwaru, he stated:

Certain individuals (eg. Twenty-Fifth Baam and Yu Han Sung) were blessed with the innate talent to control and use Shinsu in its purest form, "water". Not everyone has talent to use pure Shinsu, so their Shinsu acts like "gas" instead.
