I think it would be useful to add a new entry for the "10 Family Heads" to the Top Navigation bar under Characters. Their popularity is going to explode when we meet them soon on the Hidden Floor.
Currently there is no easy way of getting to them and I've noticed this while manually navigating to Po Gustang's page often over the past few days. Personally, I really like the'most popular' function for lists like this, but even just a simple alphabetical list would be a nice addition in my opinion. :)
Hi! I tried switch Yuje's image in his character template to this one, because it's way better. Current image is just side look of his face - it's not much really. When i finished, then "Add a photo to this gallery" button disappearedfrom his page. Could you look into that and try edit it yourself?
I wanted what you just did. When i did that then "Add a photo to this gallery" button in "Image Gallery" on his page just disappeared. I don't know why really. That was my problem. So, you just edited character template? You didn't make any other changes?
Hello, i was wondering if there was a way to get into touch with you and others wiki admins. There is something i would like to propose but its a bit lenghty to explain so for now if you can join me and other ToG fans on Discord http://www.discord.gg/014STI773W6FVsAGQ or drop me a message here.
I already did, and while I appreciate the enthusiasm (that's a polite lie), there is a reason why neither I nor any other admin addressed the affiliation request. This simply isn't something anyone beside Demotivator can address, because no one else knows how he handles these requests and what parameters he uses to make a decision.
The request is on his wall, and he's going to address it the moment he has the time.
I have already provided reasoning why this piece of information cannot be included on the wiki--at least not with any kind of certainty--in one of the top comments on Grace Arlen page.
The comment in question is this:
Actually, when Baam directly wanted to ask whether that baby was Baam, Garam specifically told him "no, that child was murdered by Zahard". And even before this passage, when asked whether Arlen is his mother (specifically whether he could call Arlen his mother), Garam specifically says "I'm not sure about that".
Now, since this uncertainty came from the character who has been shown to be the most knowledgeable on the topic thus far, the wiki cannot possibly show any more certainty than that.
Moreover, upon examining the page history, you may also discover that the very same change has been previously made by another user, and was later similarly met with an undo / revert.
Oh ok, i will just check the central comunity and they release the new header, well u need try to get away some "TOP Navigation" and move the imagen of the header more to the left, because dont like the bottom of "ADD" above the imagen...well Spanish Wikia need to be redesign too XD
@CB: Why, thank you! You're so magnanimous to give me the opportunity to express myself on a matter pertaining to this wiki that is being discussed on my wall...
Also, I'm not going to suggest anything beyond what I'd already mentioned before, because that's all I wanted to contribute on the matter. In other words, I'm quite happy if we keep "Wiki", and I in fact prefer it to a forced slogan that came about only for the sake of "having a slogan"; I thought my sentiment was strongly implied by my previous comment.
@CS: It's safe to say that you've misinterpreted; I don't mind if there is a slogan or that you've brought it up--or even that it's being discussed on my wall (as good place as any).
Though I'm personally fine with keeping "Wiki" there, my intention was merely to emphasise that having no slogan up there is far preferable to having a forced or a redundant slogan only for the sake of having a slogan.
That's the thing, just because something is a trend doesn't make it suitable everywhere; I'm pretty sure that some of the wikis that have implemented a slogan shouldn't have done it. I see things like these too often in my line of work, so I just want to make sure we don't follow the same pattern. If someone comes up with a really good slogan for the wiki, then "hurray!", otherwise let's just stick to what we have.
