Lo Po Bia Wuiwui

Lo Po Bia Wuiwui (로 포 비아 위위) is the Branch Head of the Frosty Bear Family, a branch family of the Lo Po Bia Family.^[1]

Appearance and Personality[]

Wuiwui is a very muscular guy with huge body build. He looks intimidating and strong. He wears a steampunk fashion, with metal mouth mask and brown leather clothes. His hairstyle is very unusual, his head is mostly bald with no hair, but he leaves a small area in the middle, so his long wavy green hair extended to the back of his neck in a straight line like mohawk hairstyle, with the tip of his hair being red.

Wiwi was shown to be one of the more aggressive, arrogant and blood-thirsty Branch Heads of the Lo Po Bia Family. As shown where he eagerly anticipated the war against the Po Bidau Family and considered them to be fools for going against his family. Later, Wiwi was the Branch Head to be shown to lead the charge against the Po Bidau Army, clearly showcasing his confidence in the power of his own forces.

Despite this however, Wiwi has shown to have the experience and composure of a veteran fighter and commander, after Kirin’s sudden disappearance, Wiwi retained his cool and quickly took control of their forces to properly fend off the Po Bidau Army’s assault. He also seems to be protective of his siblings, immediately being angered at the sight of his sister Lo Po Bia Ju being attacked.

Conflict[]

Wuiwui is part of the Branch Heads summoned by Kirin to combat the Po Bidau army and find the irregular. While on a call with the other Branch Heads, Wuiwui is surprised that the Po Bidau family is attacking them considering they had assembled most Branch Heads for this fight.^[1]

Gustang's Library[]

Serving as the vanguard for the Lo Po Bia army, Wuiwui prepares to face the Po Bidau army, still confused about their audacity considering the presence of the Branch Heads. He is the first to witness the warp of an unknown ship and the disappearance of Kirin, warning the other Branch Heads that they had fallen into a trap, warning all units to withdraw.^[2]

Lo Po Bia's Split[]

Ambushed by the Po Bidau forces, Wuiwui fights them using both his staff and his shinheuh, putting up more of a fight than Proust and the rest of his enemies expected.^[3]

Heading For The Arena[]

Confused about where they are, Wuiwui is warned by Ju of an incoming attack and manages to dodge. Followed by the arrival of the Ark of Knowledge which leaves him shocked.^[4] As the battle continues, Wuiwui sees his sister Ju being attacked by an unseen opponent, he immediately searches for the sources of the attack. He quickly recognizes the Family Head of the Po Bidau family due to his famous white coat, leaving him horrified as whatever chance of them winning or escaping evaporates.^[5]

Powers and Abilities[]

As a High Ranker and a Branch Family Head of the Lo Po Bia Family, Wuiwui is very strong.

Anima[]

As a leader of Lo Po Bia Branch Family, it is very obvious that he has the ability to control creatures of the Tower.

Frosty Bear[]

Since he leads the Frosty Bear Family, as the name suggested, he control one of the special beasts, the Frosty Bear. When facing the Po Bidau forces, Wuiwui summoned his Frosty Bear Shinheuh which helped him battle their enemies.

During his and Rashut’s fight against Baam and Rak, Wuiwui revealed that the main ability of the Frosty Bear is its ability to create and release powerful blasts of ice and frost.^[6] The Frosty Bear’s body itself is so cold that extended contact with it can completely encase someone in ice in a matter of seconds. ^[7]

Shinsu Manipulation[]

Lightning[]

Using his weapon, Wuiwui is capable of summoning powerful blasts of blue lightning shinsu, allowing him to attack effectively the forces of the Po Bidau Family.^[3] As shown from his fight against Baam, Wuiwui can create powerful blasts and slashes of lightning using his weapon. Wuiwui is also capable of controlling the overall power output of his attacks. He tried to restrain it because he wanted to capture Baam alive. ^[8]

Weapons[]

Long Club/Mace: Wuiwui owns a metallic shaft with a green gem sticking at the end of it, he seems to be able to use it to channel lightning shinsu.

Relationships[]

Lo Po Bia Kirin: Wuiwui seems to respect or fear Kirin enough to participate in a war with high chances of being killed by an opposing family head.
Lo Po Bia Ju: The two are confirmed to be siblings, and Wuiwui shows great concern at the sight of his little sister being attacked, immediately searching for the culprit in anger.^[5]
