Lo Po Bia Rashut (로 포 비아 라슈트) is the Branch Head of the Chimera Family, a branch family of the Lo Po Bia Family.[1]
Appearance and Personality[]
Rashut is a tall woman with blonde hair. She has a pair of wings on her back which makes her look like a harpy. She wears what looks like a purple dress with red stains on it which looks like blood.
Like many of the Branch Heads of the Lo Po Bia Family, it's been implied that Rashut is also very lazy, even when required to take actions as a Branch Heads, she remains intelligent, like Lo Po Bia Ju, deducing the inutility of the Branch Heads being involved as the Family Heads themselves were fighting. However, she fears Kirin enough to participate nonetheless. Rashut is also one of the more whimsical members of the Lo Po Bia Branch Heads, having stated her desire to at least get the chance to see Po Bidau Gustang due to having heard of how handsome he is.
Rashut like most High Rankers and members of the 10 Great Families, is very arrogant and prideful of her immense power, causing her to look down on Regulars and often underestimate them by default.
Like her Family Head, Rashut has exhibited the same possessive/controlling tendencies and the desire to dominate and own creatures she takes a liking to. As shown where after Rak transformed into a Ancient and accessing his true power, Rashut became interigued enough to try and capture him, with her intending to brainwash him using her techniques and turn him into one of her pets. Combined with her arrogance however, this caused her to severely underestimate Rak’s new power and led her to being brutaly killed by him.
History[]
Tower of God: Part 3[]
Conflict[]
Rashut responds to Kirin's summon of all Lo Po Bia Branch Heads in order to chase after the irregular.[2] Later while on call with Kirn and the other Branch Heads, Rashut comments on the necessity of having all branch heads participating in this war as Po Bidau Gustang alone could most probably slaughter all of them. She does however hopes she'll get an opportunity to see the Po Bidau Family Head due to the rumors of him being handsome. She ends up being coerced by Kirin to participate in the war regardless of her concerns.[1]
Gustang's Library[]
During the battle, Kirin suddenly disappears leaving the branch heads in a trap set by the Po Bidau family, leaving Rashut and the others surrounded by enemy troops.[3]
Heading For The Arena[]
Enraged by the attack from the Po Bidau Family, Rashut activates her transformation in order to retaliate. However, before she has time to attack, the Ark of Knowledge appears leaving her stunned.[4] As Po Bidau Bellerir shows himself and begins his speech, Rashut gets angry and attacks the Po Bidau ship using her wings, with her attack doing no damage as the ship appears to be protected by a shield.[5]
Powers and Abilities[]
As a High Ranker and a Branch Family Head from the Lo Po Bia Family, Rashut is a strong High Ranker.
Transformation[]
Rashut has displayed the ability to transform herself, and more specifically her wings, into a stronger form when getting serious in a fight.
- Blood Wings: Rashut’s transformation seemingly revolves around her wings transforming into huge webs of blood behind her back. As shown, her transformation ability is activated or triggered using the necklace she wears around her neck. [4] As shown, Rashut can use these wings of blood for a variety of techniques.
- Blood Blast: Using her wings of blood, Rashut can release powerful blasts of blood towards her opponents. As implied when she tried attacking the Ark of Knowledge, this attack is powerful enough to destroy or seriously damage a battleships, even the gigantic ones used as the home bases of one of the 10 Great Families.[5] Rashut later showcased to be able to create multiple torrents of blood blasts, having released a volley of such attack in an attempt to overwhelm Baam. [6]
- Blood Teleportation: Rashut has showcased the ability to travel across long distances by transforming herself into currents of blood. [7]
- Blood Sphere Barrier: Using the blood of her wings, Rashut showcased the ability to create a powerful protective barrier to defend herself and her allies. As shown where she encased herself and Lo Po Bia Wuiwui in one such barrier to defend against Baam’s Orb attack. [8]
- Blood Restraints: Rashut has also shown to be able to use her blood to create powerful restraints to capture her opponents. Rashut herself notablly stated that capturing people alive was her speciality, having successfully restrained Rak until he accessed his true power.[9]
- Bowl: As shown during her fight against Rak, Rashut blood wings also acts as the Bowl to contain and transport her Chupacabra Shinheuh. As shown where she summoned it using her blood wings, which then burst and formed the Shinehuh.[10]
Spear Bearer[]
Rashut has shown to wield a red, jagged spear as her weapon, hinting to her main position being that of a Spear Bearer.[5]
Anima[]

Chupacabra
As a leader of a Lo Po Bia Branch Family, she has the ability to control creatures of the Tower.
- Chimera:Since she leads the Chimera Family she control one of the special beasts, the Chimera.
- Demon Humanoids:As shown from her first appearance and from within her ship, Rashut seemingly possess and control various and numerous humanoid, monster/demon like Shinheuh.
- Chupacabra:Later during her fight against Rak Wraithraiser when he accessed his true power as a descendant of the Ancients, Rashut summoned the Chupacabra, a Shinheuh made entirely out of blood that resembles a gigantic bleeding, blob of blood with a single eye, a huge-fanged mouth, red angelic wings and a halo made out of blood. As stated by Rashut, Chupacabra’s special ability is its power to turn beings into Rashut’s puppets by consuming them, then sucking out all of their blood, which would then allow Rashut to replace it with her own, putting them under her thrall. [11]
Necormancy[]

Rashut using Necromancy on her Shinheuh
Much like Lo Po Bia Traumerei, its been implied that Rashut also employs this unique skill alongside her Anima abilities. Necromancy allows Rashut to forcibly capture the souls of her intended victim and forcibly attach them to their corpses. Effectively keeping her victim in a state of being both alive and deceased at the same time and is how she keeps them enslaved to her will. Its been hinted that this also renders them similarly immortal to the Shinheuh of Traumerei, albeit, likely not to the same level as her Family Head’s. [12]
Weapons[]
- Necklace: Rashut wears a necklace around her neck that shines when she activates her transformation.
- Spear: Rashut owns a red jagged spear that she uses as her main weapon.
Relationships[]
- Lo Po Bia Kirin: Rashut seems to respect or fear Kirin enough to participate in a war with high chances of being killed by an opposing family head.
