Lo Po Bia Ju

Lo Po Bia Ju (로 포 비아 주, Lo Po Bia Joo) is the Branch Head of the Golden Carp Family, a branch family of the Lo Po Bia Family.^[1]

Appearance and Personality[]

Ju is a short, skinny dark-skinned girl with light green hair that she styles with two buns and curtain bangs. She also has two accessories on her buns shaped like golden carps. She wears a blue bikini and is equipped with a gun and can sometimes be seen with a blue floatie with pink hearts on it.

Ju has been shown to be one of the laziest Branch Heads of the Lo Po Bia Family. Wanting to skip out on fighting the Po Bidau Family and instead go to the beach. Although largely due to laziness, Ju has shown sound logic to this decision. As she rationalized that due to the Lo Po Bia Family Head participating in the war, Gustang should be doing the same thing, which would result in a pointless slaughter^[1]. Once cornered by the Po Bidau family, Ju shows determination to keep on fighting as long as a chance to escape remains.^[2]

Conflict[]

Ju is seen during the video conference between Kirin and the Lo Po Bia Branch Heads, where Ju is shown to want to skip out participating in the war, as with the Family Heads participating in the war they could get slaughtered single handedly, prefering to go relaxing at the beach instead. However, she ends up participating when Kirin pressures them.^[1]

Gustang's Library[]

During the battle Kirin suddenly disappears leaving the branch heads in a trap set by the Po Bidau family, leaving Ju and the others surrounded by enemy troops.^[3]

Heading For The Arena[]

Suddenly facing a weapon for the Po Bidau Family, Ju is the first to notice the danger they are facing, warning the other branch heads to avoid the upcoming attack.^[4] Once the Ark of Knowledge arrived and Po Bidau Bellerir reveals himself, announcing the absence of his father, Ju realizes that as long as the Family Head does not appear they still have a chance. She then summons her shinheuh, the Golden Carp, and rushes Po Bidau Kir by teleporting through the shinsu water droplets. However, before she can land a decisive attack Po Bidau Gustang arrives and pushes her back.^[2]

Enkidu[]

After being captured by the Po Bidau Family, Ju agreed to partake in the game "Slay the Chess Pieces" - putting her life on the line in this game. She then waited For Traumerei's arrival and for the game to start in a cage along with the other Branch Heads of the Lo Po Bia Family.^[5]

Powers and Abilities[]

As a High Ranker and a Branch Family Head of the Lo Po Bia family, Ju is a powerful ranker.

Shinsu Manipulation[]

Water Droplets[]

Through the combined usage of her gun, her observers, and her shinheuh, Ju specializes in pure shinsu manipulation in the form of water. With all of these attacks she creates a multitude of water droplets, through which she is capable of teleporting landing surprise attacks on her opponents.^[2]

Anima[]

As a leader of a Lo Po Bia Branch Family, she has the ability to control creatures of the Tower.

Golden Carp[]

Since she leads the Golden Carp Family, she controls one of the special beasts, the Golden Carp.

During her fight against Po Bidau Kir, Ju summoned her golden carp to fight her. As shown, the Carp can fire powerful blasts of blue-water shinsu at its opponent, creating a multitude of water droplets that Ju can use to teleport.^[2]

Weapons[]

Dark Blue Water Gun: Ju possesses what seems like a water gun with brown parts on it. After trying to overpower Po Bidau Kir, this weapon would be destroyed by Po Bidau Gustang. ^[2]
Green Water Gun: Later, after losing her first weapon, Ju showed to have a second water gun like weapon, this one being green colored. She would later use it to shoot down one of Khun Aguero Agnis’s Lighthouses.^[6] Later, Ju would lose this weapon when battling Po Bidau Dumas and reveal that she had multiple copies of the same weapon.
Observers: Ju has shown to own three, weaponized observers. As shown, her observers are designed to look like fishes, being colored blue, red and yellow, with gun turrets built into their mouths.^[2] After trying to overpower Kir, Ju would lose three of them after being blasted by Gustang.^[2] Later, during her fight against Po Bidau Dumas alongside Lo Po Bia Tump, Ju revealed that she multiple copies of these observers, using several against Dumas. ^[7]
Bowl Floaty: Ju later revealed that the inflatable pool floaty she carries is in truth her bowl for her Shinheuh. As shown where she uses it to summon her Golden Carp and the Floaty itself conjures a gigantic supply of water for it to swim and survive in regardless of the location Ju summons it in.

Relationships[]

Lo Po Bia Kirin: Ju seems to respect or fear Kirin enough to participate in a war with high chances of being killed by an opposing family head.
Lo Po Bia Wuiwui: A fellow branch head confirmed to be her older brother, the two seem rather close as her brother showed anger on Ju's behalf once she had been attacked.^[2]
