Lo Po Bia Goruro (로 포 비아 고루로, Lo Po Bia Golulo) is the Branch Head of the Lizard Family from the Lo Po Bia Family. Prior to leaving the mothership he was the second-in-command of Lo Po Bia Family Mothership and supreme commander of the garrison guards.[1]
Appearance and Personality[]
Goruro has bright green medium hair, green eyes and two red marks on his cheek area. He wears a gray jacket, brown pants, and green boots. He also wear mask and head cover similar to hoodie.
Surprisingly for someone of his rank he is unhappy about the status quo in the tower, even joining the Revolution to achieve some change. He seems rather serious, always focused on the task ahead, although he's often surprised by things not going according to plan.

New Participant[]
Goruro shows up after Ha Jinsung and Cha managed to disguise themselves as common guard in special suits. Goruro is seen talking to Lo Po Bia Kirin through his Pocket device, with Kirin asking Goruro about the security inside the Viridis Parus Hotel.[1]
Showdown[]
Revealed to be the informer within the Lo Po Bia Family, Goruro meets Jinsung and Cha at the passage to the underground dock. He reveals to be from the Revolution and wanting to get rid of the 10 great families, and will end Baam leave the battleship to prevent the family heads to use him in their war.[2] When Baam and his allies arrive at the submarine Goruro welcomes, only to be interrupted and attacked by Lo Po Bia Umtiti and Lo Po Bia Elbaba. Goruro fights the badger to get the others time to reach the submarine, but they are interrupted by the arrival of Gustang through Khun's lighthouse.[3]
The Deal[]
Goruro is surprised at the arrival of Gustang, wondering how he had appeared from a lighthouse. Goruro wants to use this diversion to escape which Khun refuses, causing Goruro to be confused. Once Traumerei appears Goruro wants to leave even more as he would rather not get caught in the fight between the two Family Heads. As the fight begins, Traumerei summons the shinheuhs present, Goruro attempts to keep his Lizard under control.[4] Goruro continues to witness the fight until an agreement is reached, climbing on the submarine with the others.[5]
The Escape[]
Once on the submarine Goruro calls a meeting to explain their situation, revealing the history of the aquarium and the branch that was destroyed. As the ship gets attacked Goruro realizes that the same beast must have been released, he's further surprised to hear that Baam went out to face it on his own. As Baam successfully clears their path, Goruro guides the submarine through the warp gate.[6]
Conflict[]
Still on the submarine, Goruro reflects on their escape, still having a hard time believing Kirin betrayed him. He's also impressed by Baam's abilities, liking him to a god.[7] Goruro has a meeting with Elbaba, Yuri, and Khun to evaluate their situation. They have to dock at a Po Bidau station on the 44th floor to pick up Po Bidau's envoy, ruining Goruro's plan to escape. He views the stop as a good thing as they're running low on daily supplies.[8]
Lo Po Bia's Split[]
Still at the station Goruro is warned of an oncoming attack by the alarms, immediately recognizing Kirin's ship and army.[9] He quickly realizes that this was the plan all along, as he rushes back to the submarine he runs into his sister, Lo Po Bia Perper, who attacks him. Shocked at her return, Goruro uses his slime shinsu to slow her down and escape.[10]
Heading For The Arena[]
After his escape from Perper, Goruro hides somewhere on the station, angry about the overall situation. His original plan was to take Baam with them to cause conflict between Traumerei and Gustang, but Kirin seems to have betrayed that plan. Goruro was also kicked out of the Revolution group chat, but receives communication that if he manages to bring the irregular to a specific location before the great match they will invite him to join the group.[11]
Following this conversation, Goruro approaches Baam and the others offering to bring them to the arena with a new submarine. Unlike its appearance it is very fast and has good camouflage abilities, however he lies by letting them know that only six individuals may join this mission, as that was what his revolution contact had ordered him to do. Once the group is decided, Goruro leads them on their new transport.[12] The day before the showdown Goruro is driving Baam's Team to the arena in their new transport, passing through the Po Bidau army's territory which had just been destroyed by FUG. He's surprised at the carnage and wonders who could have done such extensive damage, he is relieved that this is a fight they can avoid.[13]
Once arrived at the Navigators' crossroad, Goruro is confident that he can answer any question he's asked by using Emile, however, as he requests her help she refuses, leaving him unable to answer the question. As they are forcefully teleported elsewhere, Baam uses his thorn to teleport them to the correct location, with Goruro questioning if he's a superhero. Recognizing the entrance to the Sprout, Goruro also notices the arrival of his father leaving him concerned for their survival.[14]
The Unauthorized One[]
Still in shock at his father's arrival, Goruro admits their chances of survival are low. As Traumerei calls out to the irregular, the Po Bidau forces attack and Goruro uses the opportunity to escape with their ship. However, the blasters fail to work until the last second. As Traumerei continues to chase after them, they manage to approach the gate, leaving their submarine and making a run for it. Po Bidau Dumas suddenly appears and confronts multiple shinheuhs to get the irregular, blocking their path forward. Goruro orders everyone to unleash their strongest attack, but Po Bidau Bellerir appears, stopping the fight.[15]
Enkidu[]
As Bellerir announces that a game has been organized before reaching the arena, Goruro's father begins to unleash his power, preventing Goruro and the others from moving their bodies.[16] Once Traumerei agrees to play the game, Goruro is taken through the gate towards the sprout. Afterwards, Goruro listens to the rules of the game "Slay the Chess Pieces", being forced into participating as one of Gustang's pieces.[17]
Powers and Abilities[]
As suggested by his position as the second-in-command of the Mothership and supreme commander of the garrison guards, as well as being a Branch Family Head, Goruro is a strong High Ranker.
Physical Abilities[]
Goruro has shown to possess immense physical strength, having been shown to be able to injure the huge Shinheuhs commanded by fellow Branch Heads by simply kicking them.[3] He was also able to push past Perper, a former branch head who excels in martial arts.[10]

As a member of the Lo Po Bia Family, Goruro inherited the ability to control and dominate Shinheuh.
Six-legged Lizard[]
He controls a race of tiny green lizards that uniquely has six legs that come out from within his mouth called the Six-legged Lizard. Since the Lizards emerge from Goruro’s mouth, this indicates that he uses his own body as a Bowl. Once unleashed, the lizards attack by swarming their victims in mass.[3]
The lizards themselves can transform into the green slime like shinsu substance that Goruro expels from his mouth to restrain and hinder his opponents. Goruro himself can combine his miniature six legged lizards while they are in their slime form to merge into one huge lizard to properly fight against a target.[10]

Green Slime[]
Goruro has shown to have the ability to transform his shinsu into a sticky, green slime like substance. As shown, Goruro primarily expels this slime from his mouth, allowing him to trap and hinder his target by coating them in the sticky slime and hinder their movements.[10]

- Lo Po Bia Traumerei: Goruro is Traumerei's son, but the two do not seem close as Goruro joined the Revolution in order to dismantle the 10 Great Families and the Family Heads, including his father.
- Lo Po Bia Kirin: According to Elbaba, Kirin trusted Goruro enough to make him the second-in-command of the battleship. The two seemed on rather good terms as they agreed to betrayed their family together, until Goruro realized Kirin had been using him. Hence, they have a rather antagonistic relationship.
- Twenty-Fifth Baam: Like many others, Goruro aims to use the new irregular to bring down the 10 Great Families.
- Lo Po Bia Perper: Although she is his sister, she was unsure if he'd recognize her voice because it had been so long. They do not seem particularly close as neither had any qualms about attacking the others.
