Kell (켈, Kel) is a teammate of Yool who assists him in the capture of Yeon Yihwa and Hong Danhwa.[1] He and Yool knew about Levy.

Appearance & Personality
He has dark grey hair and grey eyes. His face is half covered in mask, and he wears a metallic blue armor. He seems to be augmented with electronic implants that can be seen in his hair. He follows Yool's orders, and is usually quiet and stoic.[1]

Deng Deng (Arc)
He is first shown at the beginning of season 3 as he makes Yihwa faint. He later accompanies Yool to confront Baam, then goes with him to assist in the rescue of Deng Deng.[1]
Power and Abilities
His power and abilities aren't really known yet, but he is strong enough to make Yihwa faint when she is half poisoned.[1]
