Jeonsul or Lightning Technique (전술, 電術, Jeonsool) is a control technique that can convert Shinsu into electrical properties. People who used this control skill are called "Jeonsulsa" (lightning technique users).

Not much information has been revealed about a Jeonsulsa's abilities. However, during an online chat, Author SIU did mention that Lero-Ro is a "Pikachu" (monster from Pokemon series) and has the ability to give electrical properties to shinsu.[1]

Stats Card of Lero-Ro
- Although his lightning ability was never shown in Season 1 and only shown at the 30F Workshop Battle, Ranker Lero-Ro is the first character to be introduced as a Jeonsulsa (lightning technique user) that appears in the series.[1] Author SIU introduced him through stats card and online chat with fans.[1]
