Great Family Heads

Great Family Heads (가주, Gahjoo / Gaju, "House Heads", "Family Heads"), or 10 Heads (10가주, 10 Gaju) for short,[1] are the 10 Great Warriors who established the 10 Great Families.

About[]

A Great Family Head is the highest rank within each of the 10 Great Families, being the absolute leader of the family itself and possessing total control over all affairs, from family treasures, creating their own authorities, having their own army, and controlling the Branch Families.

All of them accompanied King Zahard in climbing and conquering the Tower. They are all technically Irregulars, but they are not considered so in the current Tower society. They are regarded as being incredibly powerful, literally being the "Immortal Gods" in the Tower since they made a contract with 100th Floor Administrator to live an eternal life. This contract is known as The Immortality Contract.

According to Ha Jinsung, the Great Family Heads are the true reason why the 10 Great Families remain in balance: The 10 Great Families are not all equal in terms of power, with the Ha, Khun, and Arie Families in particular being the Top 3 of the 10 Families, but the overwhelming power of the Family Heads of each Family evens the imbalance caused by the superiority of any particularly strong member of another Family who is not a fellow Family Head.

Furthermore, due to coming war, the Family Heads of the Ten Great Families have recognized Baam’s potential to become just as powerful as them, resulting in the Family Heads such as Lo Po Bia Traumerei attempting to force him to join his family to destroy the deadlock between the Ten Great Families in the Lo Po Bia’s favor.
