This article contains information about Ha Yuri Zahard, a major character in Tower of God. The most updated information about Yuri from the most recent chapter can be found here. If you haven't caught up with the current Tower of God webtoon story, read at your own risk.

Powers and Abilities[]

As a Princess of Zahard, Yuri is an extremely powerful High Ranker, evidently capable of dispatching other high-authority Rankers with ease. She has been described as "level cheated", able to assume any position.[10] Being from the Ha Family, she is specialized in close combat.[11]

Physical[]

Immense Physical abilities: Hailing from the Ha Family, the Family with the best Body Strengthening abilities,[12] and plus having received the power of Zahard as a Princess, SIU stated that even as a Regular, Yuri's basic physical capabilities exceeded those of a Ranker.[13]

Now after she became a High Ranker, she's considered very strong physically even among the Rankers. She defeated multiple of Zahard's Royal Guards with minimal effort.[14] To Karaka's astonishment, she suffered no damage at all from the various attacks he managed to land on her; he deduced that was a consequence of her "physical abilities" and "sturdy body".[15][16]

ToG191 - 16
  • Supreme Strength: Yuri is incredibly strong and resilient. A flick of her finger is comparable to the power of a K9,[12][17] which visually was a big hole in the ground.[18] She also claimed she could lift the entire Submerged Fish testing arena with her strength.[19] Her punches, which are thrown with such momentum that shinsu is sucked in, generate tremendous explosions on impact.[20] It is likely she is among the physically strongest beings in the Tower.
    • Nuclear Punch (핵사이다 펀치, Haegsaida Peonchi): Yuri's way of naming the punch she used as a finishing move against Pedro.[20] The same move was less effective against Karaka.[15]
  • Incredible Agility: Not only strong, Yuri's aggressiveness is also depicted in her alluring speed and agility, demonstrated as she smashed Ren's army of Shinheuh in the blink of an eye[18] and later when she dodged all of the Purple Dementor's attacks.[20]

Shinsu Control[]

As a High Ranker, it can be assumed her shinsu control is great. She has developed a natural connection with shinsu, so much so that when Yuri gets angry, it makes the air vibrate and the ground tremble.[18] With some exertion of shinsu she can release powerful shockwaves that can even cause the ground to forcibly crater and rupture destructively.[14] During her battle with the Purple Dementor Observer, she had enough skill to inject shinsu into one of its claws to destroy it from the inside out.[20]

Immense Shinsu Resistance: Yuri's shinsu resistance is miraculously high. She can even move through a White Steel Eel's breeding grounds without much effort.[23] Kurudan, a member of Wolhaiksong, believed that very few in the Tower could have more resistance to shinsu as her, and even went so far as to challenge her by saying that if he met another person who could move through a Steel Eel's breeding grounds as freely as her, he would gladly hand his Wolhaiksong mark to them.[23]

Shinsu Quality[]

Shinsu Bubble[]

She first used shinsu bubbles when she has to transport Baam and his friends and it can also protect them from the Boiling Acid, the dangerous liquid that was made by the Workshop.[22] She used it again on the Floor of Death to save Khun Aguero Agnis, Sachi Faker, Boro from falling.[24] Yuri Zahard can generate shinsu bubbles from her index finger[22] and mouth.[25] Other than for transporting purposes, Yuri can use her shinsu bubble for offensive[26] and defensive, indicating that she really has complete mastery over the shinsu bubbles.

  • Offensive: According to Karaka himself, Yuri's shinsu bubbles "melted his body", although his "armored suit" seems to be completely fine. It might be because his armored suit was protected with a special spell.[26] Karaka was completely trapped and surrounded by the bubbles, unable to escape. Karaka even mentioned that if the bubbles keep attacks him, his body will disappear completely. Unable to escape by moving, Karaka was forced to use his teleportation technique: Return To The Abyss.
  • Defensive: Her green shinsu bubbles are strong enough to provide safety for Baam and his friends from the Boiling Acid that can melt steel.[22] Her shinsu bubbles also strong enough to protect Yu Han Sung and saved him from Shining Fan's powerful attack of Ha Cheonhee.[27]
  • Utility: Transport and Teleportation. Yuri Zahard used her green shinsu bubbles again at the last station to instantly teleported Black March and use it to protect Baam from Charlie's transforming needle attack.[28] She also use it to instantly teleport and transport Baam near to her position.[29]

Weapons[]

  • Arms Inventory: Yuri has lots of weapons, whose power is unknown so far (other than the Black March),[30] although some of them are actually better than this B-rank 13 Month Series.[31] A great majority of them are needles, further proving her true skill as a Ha Family Fisherman. Yuri is one of the few Princesses bestowed a 13 Month Series, the Black March, and is well known for it. Recently, she is the new wielder of the Green April, making her the second person since Garam Zahard to have wielded two 13 Month weapons.
  • Black March: Yuri is the official owner of Black March. She can't ignite Black March because the spirit basically refuse to follow the order of any females who owned her. The spirit of the Black March only prefer handsome males.[32] So basically she can only use the weapon like normal Needle. Yuri first uses the Black March in the Floor of Death against Hell Joe's underling Walcott. Technically, it's wasn't Yuri who used the Black March, but the Ghost of the 13 Months who possessed her body.[33] Later, after she saw that Baam was in danger and almost got killed by ranker Charlie's Orange Snake Needle, Yuri quickly transported the Black March to Baam's location with her green Shinsu Bubble. So Black March is currently in Baam's possession.[34]
  • Green April: Different with Black March, Yuri is able to ignite the Green April and use it's compression ability. She whipped it and sent a powerful wave blast to interfere the fight between Karaka, Misebichi and Yuryu. She also attacked the former commander Kallavan by utilizing the Green April's forest ability. She did this to stall Kallavan so that he can't chase after Baam who tried to escape with Androssi Zahard. However, Yuri's attack with Green April didn't do any harm to Kallavan. The commander didn't even budge and easily blocked the Green April attack with one hand.[35]
  • Black March Replica:As shown after giving Baam the Black March, Yuri somehow acquired a replica of the Black Needle. As shown, despite being a copy, the needle is capable of producing the same black shinsu blasts that are strong enough to obliterate a large floating ship. Yuri herself seems to favor this needle alongside the Green April as her main weapon and unlike with the real Black March, Yuri seems to be able to ignite it without issue. [37] Yuri would later state that the replica has as much power as the original. [38]
