Concrete (콘크리트 , Konkeuliteu) is an elemental Shinsu Quality that allow the user to change their Shinsu into concrete.[1]
About[]
Concrete element was first introduced by Po Bidau Matte Ha when he fought Lo Po Bia Zamzam in mid-air outside the Viridis Parus Hotel. Zamzam was quite impressed that the concrete element can withstand all his physical attacks.[1]
