Blue Skin Announcer (name unknown) is a Regular who worked as an announcer in the No-Named Area at the Name Hunt Station. His job is to announce the names of the Regulars who get off the Hell Express and entered the station territory.

Appearance and Personality

Blue Skin Announcer is a blue skinned guy with white silver hair. He wear glasses and black shirt. He has dark blue tattoo on the far left side of his cheek.

The announcer is quite brave and calm. He can read off the names without the slightest tremble in his voice even when his life was threatened by Anak Zahard who pointed a Red Hook on his neck. Anak commented that it must have been because of his experiences after working as announcer for centuries.

Powers and Abilities

Since he worked in the No-Named Area, it clearly indicates that he is weak and ordinary. Because his "name" also must have been "stolen" by other Regulars, and that's why he ended up in the No-Named Area. Anak Zahard can easily threatened him to change the name of Twenty-Fifth Baam in passengers list into Jyu Viole Grace.

Notes and Trivia

• As the Name Hunt Station plays with people's name as part of their slavery system, he clearly played a vital role as character because of his job itself. He is literally a frontliner worker who helped the No-Named indirectly to steal or snatch some opportunity to regain their name by slaying the newcomer who are off guard.
