Blue Oar - Wings Mode is a derived technique from Blue Oar that Baam created unconsciously during his fight against Data Zahard in the Hidden Floor.[1] This is an improved version of Blue Oar that belongs to Twenty-Fifth Baam.
Since Blue Oar is a special technique made by ranker Mule Love, it's very unlikely there are other Wonsul Rankers that can do this technique. This makes Baam as the only person who can do Blue Oar - Wings Mode, until he decides to teach it to someone.

Shinsu is used to form black wings with two small blue disks, which allows Baam to fly freely in shinsu. This made him a regular who can fly without the help of items. According to Jordan, he has never seen a flying regular before.[2] Although there are indeed other regulars who can fly without items, such as Phonsekal Laure, Phonsekal Irure, Angel and Yeon Yihwa among others.
