Arcu (??) is a Regular who had been staying at the Mushroom Farm Station which located on the 40th Floor. His Position is Light Bearer. He is a companion of David Hockney. Together with Jourdan, he rely on Hockney's special eyes ability to see the future. They need Hockney because they need to prepare themselves for outside intruders attack.[1]
Appearances and Personality
He is a member of Da-an Tribe (many eyed race) and has white skin. He wears dark blue cold sweater and white scarf.[1]

He appear with Jourdan to prevent David Hockney from leaving the Mushroom Farm by boarding the Hell Express. He begged Hockney to stay because Hockney has been a big help on keeping the station safe and peaceful.[1]
