Akrinak (아크리낙, Akeurinak) is a giant purple Ancient creature with no head that chose a Slayer of FUG as it's host during ancient times after The Great War.^[1]

It is unknown what happened to the Slayer, but Nen Neya, the mother of Baylord Yama became the new host of Akrinak.^[2] After Nen Neya died, Akrinak entered Yama's body.

Appearance and Design[]

The ancient creature has a humanoid form with muscular body, two hands and purple skin. But it has no physical head. His head is literally a burning Fire. Akrinak has no legs, his lower half body is covered with white smokes, like a genie.

A Dog And A Cat[]

During the history flashback between Wang Wang and Lo Po Bia Yasratcha, Akrinak appeared from inside the volcanic mountain to fight Lo Po Bia Family army. Akrinak then shoot a powerful wave blast and everyone were immobilized, except Wang Wang and Yasratcha. Wang Wang then use his special power to release everyone from Akrinak's control. When Lo Po Bia Pudidy tried to attack Akrinak, the Ancient creature suddenly vanished or disappeared. Wang Wang then noticed that there was a woman with red hair at the bottom of that mountain crater and that woman is Nen Neya (mother of Baylord Yama).^[2]

Akrinak appeared again when Nen Neya tried to ambush a fortress of the Lo Po Bia Family where her children, Yama and Doom were held captive. However, before she can attack the fortress, a bright light suddenly flashed in front of her and the Family Head Lo Po Bia Traumerei arrived to confront her. When Akrinak attacked Traumerei, the Family Head summoned one of his special Shinheuh called Fandore Harpe to block Akrinak's attack.^[3] Fandore Harpe quickly counters the attack and cut off Akrinak's right hand. Akrinak then shot a powerful beam with its left hand but it cannot hurt the silver eel. Fandore Harpe then continued to circling around Akrinak and stabbed right through Akrinak's chest with it's sword tail.^[4]

Before dying, Neya quickly communicated with Akrinak mind to mind before Traumerei dealt the final blow on her. Neya requested that Akrinak protect her children and asked that he transfer himself into her biological child in order to empower him to better protect him. A request Akrinak agreed to as he dispersed into energy after Neya’s death and proceeded to enter into Yama. Since then, Akrinak has been dormant within him.

Powers and Abilities[]

Akrinak has showcased more varied powers in comparison to other Ancients and has not showcased any definiate elemental powers. Its been implied by Akrinak that its overall power is dependent on how strong its current host is. If its host had been stronger, it was implied by Akrinak that it could have put up a better fight and drawn out more of its power to fight and perhaps defeat the Fandore Harpe of Traumerei.

Daze/Mind Control: As seen during the Lo Po Bia Family’s attack on it, Akrinak has showcased the powerful ability to inflict a large scale mind controlling effect on its “territory”, having caused the army of Canines and other Beastkins sent ahead by the Lo Po Bia branch heads to freeze and enter a sort of daze as if time had frozen. With it only being explicitly stated that only Lo Po Bia Yasratcha and Baylord Wang Wang were unaffected due to their respective unique traits giving them high resistance or complete immunity against mind control powers.

Clones: We see in his first fight that he has the ability to spawn minions similar looking to himself that wield needles. They appear to spawn from the fog he casts around an area.

Shinsu Blasts: As seen during Nen Neya‘s brief fight against Lo Po Bia Traumerei, Akrinak could create blasts of orange shinsu in its hands to fire at its targets.
