The One Hundredth Floor Administrator is the unnamed Administrator of the 100th Floor. He gave immortality or "Eternal Life" to Zahard and the 10 Great Family Heads as a gift for passing his Test.
Powers and Abilities[]
As an Administrator, The 100th Floor Administrator is phenomenally powerful and is stated by Author SIU that even Zahard can't win against an Administrator in a fight.[2] Thus, this statement makes all Administrators stronger than King Zahard in a fight who is currently the strongest active Ranker in the Tower as the King of the Tower.
Complete Mastery of Shinsoo: As an Administrator, The 100th Floor Administrator also one of the best shinsu controller, being able to outclass even the most talented shinsu users of the Tower, such as Zahard, Urek Mazino and the Great Warriors by a big margin.
The Immortality Contract[]
It is still unknown whether all Administrators are capable to made a person immortal. But the 100th Floor Administrator was said to posses this ability. It is said that Zahard and the 10 Great Family Heads made a contract with this admin.[1]
